Processing Time:

All orders are subject to a processing period, which is currently 3 days from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout, and the location to which the order will be delivered. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Modern Minting is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Modern Minting is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, please reach out if this happens and we would be happy to help make thing right. 

Shipping Refund Policy:

In accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, if an order is not shipped out within the 3 days processing period and we have not had any prior contact to discuss the delay, the order is subject to refund.
